Construction of new settlement in gengeshlik named after Jumaniyaz Hudaybergenov is among scale projects, being realized in Dashoguz province within the framework of the National Program of Reformations in the regions. The construction plan of new rural settlement included the buildings of the Health Center, Cultural center for two hundred seats, kindergarten, secondary school, center for festive solemnities, trade center, consumer services centre, two shops – foodstuffs and manufactured products, numerous dwelling cottages, other socio-cultural facilities.
The construction of individual highly comfortable dwelling houses at the expense of lax mortgage lending on beneficial terms with repayment of the principal during thirty years is going on at a wide scale in all etraps of the province.
Alongside with social infrastructure, the production industry also develops in the region. So, cotton-cleaning enterprise with capacity of 40 thousand tons specialized in processing of seed cotton, and cotton-spinning factory will be constructed in Koneurgench etrap. New production shop will be erected at the Ginnery of Gorogly etrap. Recently, the bake house with production capacity of 50 thousand flours per year with elevator for keeping 50 thousand tons of grain was put into operation in Gorogly etrap.
In the near future, new production facilities and ten existing enterprises will be constructed and reconstructed in the northern region of the country. It allows raising the economy of the province to qualitatively new level. Great plans are also connected with the development of agro-industrial sector. Construction of new cattle-breeding complexes, dairy and meat farms will also contribute to the maintenance of food abundance.
