51 transactions were concluded at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
Businessmen from Afghanistan bought liquefied gas and petrol produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries as well as liquefied gas produced at the Turkmengaz State Concern. Businessmen from the UK and Afghanistan bought diesel fuel produced at the Seydi oil refinery. Entrepreneurs from the US and the UAE bought industrial iodine and hydrocarbon produced at the Turkmenhimiya State Concern. The transactions in the foreign currency were also concluded for one-coloured and jacquard terry towels, jeans, dyed terry articles, cotton yarn, cotton fibre, cotton soap stock and raw fatty acids. The buyer countries: China, Russia, the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaidjan. The transactions totalled over US$ 69,305 million.
Buyers from the US, UK, Russia, the UAE, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan concluded the transactions in deposit manats for refined cotton seed oil, cotton cloth and cotton yarn, washed karakul wool, cotton yarn wastes and knitted fabric to the sum of over 7,056 million.
Turkmen businessmen bought knitted goods, construction equipment and materials to the sum of over 922,000 manats.
