Farmers of Lebap and Mary provinces fulfilled the contractual obligations on grain stocking. The Lebap grain-growers delivered to the bins of Motherland 350 thousand tons of bread grain. Over 380 thousand tons of “white wheat” has been gathered in Mary province to date.
In Mary province, over 440 highly productive combines “Case”, “New Holland” and “John Deere” were set in motion during the harvesting campaign. Moreover, prior to the mowing season, the machine operators were provided with another three powerful combines of “Тucano 430” brand delivered from Germany.
In Lebap province, the wheat field occupies 175 thousand hectares. Over 380 modern combine harvesters were set in motion for winter wheat harvesting. More than 1.5 thousand trucks realized the delivery of grain from fields to 34 grain reception points of the region.
Mowing season of grain crop in Murgap and Amyderya valleys has completed. The grain-growers will yield the remaining harvest till the last spikelet. Today, the works on chaff stocking for cattle-breeding farms, sowing of rice, vegetables and other intermediate crops were expanded simultaneously on the fields free from wheat. Moreover, the farmers of both provinces actively prepare the lands for upcoming winter wheat sowing and go on to take care of cotton.
