The farmers of another two regions of Turkmenistan reported about successful fulfillment of their contractual obligations on grain procurement. 450 thousand tons of bread grain was delivered by grain-growers of Akhal province to the bins of Motherland and 120 thousand tons of ak bugday was yielded in Balkan province.
A week earlier, the state orders were successfully fulfilled by farmers of Lebap and Mary provinces, who delivered to the bins of Motherland 350 and 380 thousand tons of wheat respectively.
Grain mowing season in Akhal province, which is main breadbasket of the country, and in western region – Balkan province has particularly completed. The grain-growers will gather the remained harvest until the last spikelet.
Today, the works on chaff stocking for cattle-breeding farms, sowing of rice, vegetables and other intermediate crops were expanded simultaneously on the fields free from wheat. Moreover, the farmers of both provinces actively prepare the lands for upcoming winter wheat sowing and go on to take care of cotton.
