48 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Businessmen from Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands and Afghanistan bought polypropylene, hydrotreated diesel fuel, base oil, low-sulfur fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gas produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Businessmen from Afghanistan also bought gasoline produced at the Seydi oil refinery. Businessmen from China and the USA bought industrial iodine and hydrocarbon (Turkmenhimiya State Concern) and the businessmen from Turkey and Afghanistan - liquified gas produced at the Turkmengaz State Concern. Also, the transactions in foreign currency were concluded for one-coloured and jacquard terry towels, sets of bed linen, cotton yarn, ginned cotton, cattle skin, cotton lint and raw fatty acids. The buyer countries: China, Russia, UK, UAE, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine. The transactions totalled over US$ 183.798 million.

Businessmen from Russia, the US, UK, UAE, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and India concluded the transactions in deposit manats for sets of bed linen, cotton items (socks, stockings, tights), confectionery, refined cotton oil, cotton yarn and raw silk to the sum of over 16.509 million manats.

Turkmen businessmen bought polypropylene, coarse calico and uluk to the sum of over 933,000 manats.
