Activity of the ministries, sectoral departments, and local executive authorities in the field of fulfillment of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and within the framework of adopted national programs on socio-economic development of Turkmenistan as well as such activity in this regard of the law enforcement and military agencies will be estimated by two intersectoral commissions.

They will be created in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan with a view of analysis of socio-economic development of the country, fulfillment of decisions in places, estimation of results of the work, being carried out within the framework of realization of national transforming programs.
