It was made a test flight on route Ashgabat-Mary-Ashgabat of airplane of the French-Italian company ATR - middle overall aircraft 42-600 – one of the pretenders to use in the internal airlines of our country.
Within the framework of implementation of the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on development of local airlines, it was created the state commission, which included the representatives of relevant ministries and departments of Turkmenistan. Having made a flight on route Ashgabat-Mary-Ashgabat, the members of commission got an opportunity to estimate at their true worth the reliability and advantages of aircraft 42-600.
New airplanes, being tasted in local conditions and planned to use, are urged to expand the geography of local passenger traffic of the Turkmen pilots and increase the rate of flights on existing lines.
