On the territory of main plant of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex, it is completed the construction of two steel containers with capacity of 10 thousand cubic meters for keeping diesel fuel, as well as five thousand cubic meters – for gasoline.
Construction of new facilities is realized within the framework of large-scale project on expansion and modernization of commodity and raw material tank field of TORC. The project is realized by the territorial and specialized subdivisions of “Turkmennebitgazgurlushyk” State Concern. It envisages the construction of 12 containers, consisting of equal number of 5- and 10-thousand for keeping raw material and finished product with total storage capacity of 90 thousand cubes. Six of them are built on the territory of Oil Refineries Complex in Turkmenbashi, five – in the tank field of Kenar enterprise for storage and shipment of oil products and one – at Seydi Oil Refinery.
The project under realization is a part of production-technical program of TORC on creation of commodity and raw material tank field, corresponding with the world standards. Construction of the containers is for provision of feed stock and finished product with super-modern storages. In the near future, their volumes will increase considerably in connection with completion of the construction of whole series of new industrial facilities of huge capacity.
Only commissioning of four installations, being constructed on the territory of main plant of TORC, - for alkylation of light olefins, mixing of gasoline, vacuum distillation of black oil and isomerization of light gasoline will allow increasing the annual production of keenly claimed in the world ecologically pure high-octane gasoil nearly by half a million tons. After completion of the construction, new facilities of commodity and raw material tank field will be connected in all territorial and production structures of TORC to the computer systems of gathering, processing and transmission of data to the exiting analytical centers of electronic calculation of oil and oil products.
