Two years ago, the installation on production of valve box-type sacks from polypropylene comparable in production with whole plant was put into operation at Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex. Within this period, the fabric articles with the plant’s trade mark fully met the demand of oil refinery complex in handy packing of friable oil products. Constant clients of soft and firm package are the enterprises of “Turkmengeologiya” State Corporation, Khazar Carbon-black Plant, “Guvlyduz” enterprise, “Garabogazsulfat” Production Association and other large manufacturers of friable products.
The installation on production of polypropylene sacks is the computerized processing line with the complete wasteless cycle of production. Granular polypropylene, being manufactured at the oil refinery enterprise, serves as raw material for it. On different stages of production of synthetic sacks, it is applied machines with program-digital control by the Austrian “Startinger” Company and other famous European firms. Among modern technical facilities, it is worth mentioning the extruder, equipment for lamination of manufactured fabric, weaving, sewing machines, conversion aggregates for assembly of valve sacks and even paleographic complex from six machines.
Annual productivity of the installation is 25 thousand large sacks – big bags with capacity 0.9 м3 and 10 million valve box-type sacks with capacity up to 25 kg. Presently, the installation manufactures 75 big bags and 25 thousand valve sacks per day. It is not the limit. In some days, depending on daily task connected with the orders of consumers, it is manufactured up to 35 thousand valve sacks. In full capacity, there are impressive reserves for further expansion of the production.
