The complex modernization of the enterprises of the “Turkmenbetondemironumleri” Union is continued. At present, three factories are re-equipped and machines and technologies from Germany, Italy and Turkey have been delivered, shops have been reconstructed, new gantry and bridge cranes have been installed, compressor installation and machinery for the boil house have been delivered.
Among the enterprise are the factory of large-panel house construction of Abadan etrap of Ashgabat city and Turkmenabat factory of “Demirbetononumleri”. The largest of them is the Ashgabat large-panel house construction factory, which manufactures 170 denominations of concrete products. Among its customers are the production unit “Arkachgurlyshyk”, production unit “Ashgabatgurlushyk”, which use the given goods upon erection of the micro- district “Parahat-7” as well as other projects in the capital city.
Reconstruction of other six factories manufacturing ferroconcrete products is planned and it would enable enhance the quality, increase the assortment and automate the production processes.
The production association “Turkmendemirbetononumleri” is the major manufacturer of ferroconcrete products in the country and manufactures ready-mixed concrete, wallings and claydite. The association incorporates 16 factories including 10 enterprises specialized in manufacture of ferroconcrete products.
In parallel with manufacture of ferroconcrete products, the factories produce ready-mix concrete as well. At the plant “Demirbetononumleri” of Abadan etrap of Ashgabat city wallings of concrete are also manufactured. At the Bayramali plant “Demirbetononumleri” and Vekilbazar claydite manufacturing plant, produce baked bricks.
The Yashlyk claydite plant manufactures claydite gravel, Turkmenabat plant “Demirbetonconstruction” and Vekilbazar claydite plant. In 2013 over 83000 cubic meters of claydite gravel was produced. Mudstone necessary for manufacture of claydite is mined at Yagman deposit near the settlement of Jebel in Balkan province, which is developed by the Production Association “Turkmendemirbetononumleri”.
The association also includes the construction and erection organization “Senagatgurlushykgurnama”, Ashgabat research repair and engineering works, Ashgabat enterprise “Agachbejerish”, Turkmenabat wood working plant, Turkmenabat plant “Stroyconstution”, manufacturing additional products of wood and metal.
In 2013 the rate of growth of volume of implemented work ,manufactured goods and realized service in the Ministry of Industry made up a total of 143,6%, ferroconcrete cosntutions-119,9%, metal-roll – 111,7%, claydite - 115,5%. Upon this, a significant role is given to the Production Association “Turkmendemirbetononumleri”.
