Today a solemn ceremony of putting into exploitation of a part of ring highway between S.Turkmenbashi Avenue and Ashgabat-Gyami motorway has taken place.
New site of a 9 km long ring highway stands as an etalon of road construction by its technical level. Total width of its carriageway with dividing strip constitutes 26,5 meters, where three lanes are intended in each direction. Road bed cover consisting of three layers provides high level of reliability and traffic safety for the account of high coupling at low noise level and reflection of light patches.
More than 500 fixture lamps installed across the line roadsides will create light night visibility. There electronic programmable time-delay devices are foreseen for management of external illumination.
Moreover, today there were also put into exploitation two sites of Archabil Avenue with the total length of 25 km., where among others, there were constructed additional underground pedestrian passages and reconstructed the available ones. On one of the sites there was built a 147 meters long bridge over a mudflow channel.
