Look of Ashgabat changes rapidly and annually, the infrastructure of the city is replenished with new architectural structures, which uniqueness and beauty attracts the attention of international experts in the field of town planning. Several architectural sights of the capital were inscribed into Guinness Book of Records. There are also specialized organizations of builders and architects, which notice new buildings of Ashgabat in their ratings and contests. For example, authoritative English Organization “The International Property Awards” emphasized in 2012 the project of “Alem” entrainment-cultural center. As a result of the last year, another high-rise building of the Turkmen capital constructed by “Ronesans Turkmen” Company (Turkey) attracted the attention of special commission of this organization as the sample of use of the leading technologies in construction of industrial and administrative facilities.
As a result, the building of the Ministry of Railroad transport of Turkmenistan constructed along Archabil Avenue was noticed by the group of the British experts of “The International Property Awards” in the category of social buildings in two nominations: exterior (“five stars”) and interior. This prestigious estimation of the international organization allows using the image of such award alongside with own logotype of that company, which designed and erected this facility. At that, such certificate is original sign of quality of work of “Ronesans Turkmen”.
14-storey administrative building of the Ministry of Railroad transport of Turkmenistan is one of remarkable facilities erected in Turkmenistan by this company. The building reminds the joined blocks of different levels and color gamut. Its outer walls were made of reflecting glasses, but it is single whole edifice. In construction and designing of inner rooms, it was used modern, ecologically pure and energy-efficient building materials. The building was located and designed by the way that in the daytime, its rooms are flooded with sun and demand no additional artificial light. It is only a small part of novelties and original ideas of the designers and architects realized while construction of the building.
“Ronesans” is old partner of Turkmenistan in realization of long-term town planning state programs. In Turkmenistan, the company was registered as the head office in 2009. Within the last five years, its specialists realized and realize 13 different construction projects all over the territory of the country. Among them is the complex of buildings of the International Oil and Gas University. The facility was recognized as the best building of 2012 at XX Jubilee Coordinating Council of International Association of Union of Architects of CIS countries. Within its framework, it was held special contest. The first project of the company put into exploitation became “Children’s world” Trade Center in Ashgabat.
Recently, it was put into operation the plant for production of carbamide and ammonia erected by “Ronesans Turkmen” in Mary. This large industrial project was realized to the order of “Turkmenchemistry” SC in cooperation with the Japanese companies. Complex will operate on natural gas and intended for annual production of 400 thousand tons of ammonia and 640 thousand tons of carbamide.
At present, the specialists of company are engaged in designing and construction of several projects. One of them is the works for production of sulfuric acid at the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant in Lebap province. Its annual production capacity will be 500 thousand tons of monohydrate of sulfuric acid.
Another large investment project – construction in Akhal province of the plant on processing of natural gas into petrol is under realization. Relevant framework agreement was signed between “Turkmengas” State Concern and "Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd” consortium of companies (Japan) and “Ronesans Turkmen” (Turkey) in September 2013. Two months ago, on August 26, foundation laying ceremony of this innovative production complex in Ovadandepe was held with participation of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. It is intended for processing of 1.782 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year and production of 600 thousand tons of petrol.
As a whole, the company realizes in the country the designing of construction structures, electric and engineering systems, facilities of different infrastructure and turnkey construction by efforts of their employees, where 70 percents are the citizens of Turkmenistan, as well as contracting organizations. Turkmen specialists are the workers and engineers of the highest qualification – managers and designers. Within the framework of realization of state program on accomplishment of the territory of settlements and towns of Turkmenistan, “Ronesans Turkmen” Company also participate in the creation and accomplishment of landscape and park zones with fountains and sculptures, alleys and green plantations.
