It will be constructed and reconstructed a net of motor roads between Bitarap Turkmenistan and Garashsyzlyk Avenues and Streets Oguzkhan and 1971 (G. Ezizov) of Ashgabat. Ministries, core departments and municipality of Ashgabat will make relevant contracts for designing and construction with national and foreign construction companies.

Construction will start in January 2015 and it is planned to put into full exploitation in October 2016.

These works will be carried out within the framework of realization of a regular turn of development of the Turkmen capital with a view of further reformation of architectural look of Ashgabat, creation of more comfortable conditions for everyday life and recreation.
