Annually in one of the capitals it is held the International conference “Consulting without borders” with presentation of the award named after Gabriel Al-Salem to the most distinguished groups in this field. This year, the forum has taken place in Istanbul (Turkey), where the specialists of the Economic Society “Netijelilik” - a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan have been awarded with the first place in a nomination “For the significant contribution to development of profession of the consultant”.
“Netijelilik” already for the second time takes part in prestigious competition and becomes its winner: the first award has been presented to it in 2013 in a nomination “Consultant of the year”. It became the recognition of professionalism both from the part of colleagues and clients. The award of 2015 – “For the significant contribution to development of profession of the consultant” highlights the contribution of the group to the development of this sphere of activity, creation and advancement of its standards and values.
Winners are defined by the independent International Committee, which includes the experts and officials of divisions of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The consultants from 18 countries of the world, which have submitted 50 applications, competed for the award in this year.
ES “Netijelilik” operates in the market of consulting services since 2000. The mission of its employees is the assistance to economic growth and increase of efficiency of the enterprises and organizations of Turkmenistan, including small-to-medium business.
As cofounder of ES “Netijelilik” Galina Kalagina notes, expanding a spectrum of services for representatives of national private business, the company promotes the manufacturers of products to reach new level, adjust the management of the enterprises for production of competitive, export-oriented and import-substitute goods, to introduce the systems of quality and safety management of foodstuff.

Now, it consults in such areas, as elaboration of development strategy, reorganization or restructing of the company, marketing analysis and planning, human resource management.
The Economic Society also has assisted the National Organization on bar coding of Turkmenistan, which in this year, became the full member of International Organization “GSI” (Global Standard).
