In the beginning of September in the southeast part of Ashgabat, on the crossroads of Magtymguly Avenue and M.Tachmuradov street, planning works on demolition of the overage structures and preparation of site under construction of new buildings has begun. On this site, domestic private building enterprise "Ussat" by the order of the Union of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan within two years will construct trading cultural-entertainment complex with business centre.
According to the project, two structures will be organically included in architectural ensemble with underground parking place. One of them is an eight-storeyed business centre with a total area of 16 thousand square meters where offices, zones of rest and a cafe will be located. The second one is a three-storeyed shopping and entertainment complex with tens of shops, a supermarket, cafe, restaurants, bowling, cinema halls, children's playgrounds with attractions and slot machines. In total, the area of premises of this building will constitute 30 thousand square meters. The underground parking is estimated for 300 places and will occupy over 7 thousand square meters area.
There will be used the most advanced technologies and materials. Internal premises, interior of buildings, including natural and artificial light sources and colour of walls, are subordinated in the project to requirements of ergonomics and norms of ecological safety. The external shape and decorative furniture of buildings will be executed in the best traditions of domestic architecture.
In the southwest part of the complex "Ussat" construction enterprise will also construct a four-storeyed car parking by the order of capital municipality. Its rentable area will be 14 670 square meters and it will accommodate 400 cars at once. The building will be erected according to the project assuming the original engineering decision of ramps arrangement within a building with spare parts shops and a car wash on the ground floor.
The total area of the well-arranged site will reach 5.1 hectares. Landscaping works will be developed around the buildings in order to organically include new ensemble to the city environment. For this purpose landscape designers have thought out maximum convenient access to buildings, will decorate them with original flowerbeds and fountains.
