Two new industrial facilities – the large-panel house building plants under the Turkmendemirbetononumleri Production Association of the Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan were put into operation after reconstruction in Ashgabat and Abadan.

A festive atmosphere reigned on the territory of the plants decorated with flags, garlands of balloons and ribbons. Specialists of the Ministry of Industry, Turkmen Enjam economic society – the contactor of the construction projects, heads of sectoral departments and public organisations, the elders, builders and workers of the plants attended the opening ceremonies.

The main products to be manufactured at the reconstructed plants will be highly durable and earthquake-resistant readymade wall panels with improved performance characteristics that will contribute to speeding up the construction of housing estates and reducing their price.

The large-panel house building plants in Ashgabat and Abadan are designed to produce reinforced concrete structures for construction of apartment houses and cottages. After reconstruction, the production capacity of the new plants will be 100,000 and 45,000 cubic metres of reinforced concrete structures respectively, which will contribute to increasing the number of housing facilities up to 2,000 and more apartments each year.

Manufacturing equipment installed at the large-panel house building plants are produced in Russia, China, Germany, Italy, Turkey and other countries.

The advanced manufacturing technologies and significant rise in profitability of the plants are among the main advantages of the reconstructed enterprises.

Favourable working conditions are created for local specialists, the number of which significantly increased after reconstruction.
