Enterprise for purification and processing of 30 thousand tons of rice per year was put into exploitation in M. Hojamamedov Peasants’ Association of S. Turkmenbashi etrap of Dashoguz province. Its production capacity will allow processing most of the rice grown in the northern region of the country.
The total area of object exceeds 5 hectares. It is a single complex designed for the storage, purification and production of rice, as well as high-quality seeds for rice-growing farms of the province. Thus, the capacity of plant for purification of seed rice reaches 10-12 tons per hour. Whole production process is based on the latest technological developments that allow producing products, which are in demand in the consumer market and correspond with the highest international standards. The facility is equipped with the latest equipment of the Japanese firm “Satake”.
The enterprise also has six elevators designed for simultaneous storage of 5000 tons of rice each, a barn for storage of finished packaged products with a capacity of 2000 tons, the reception point, where it will be weighed the crops delivered from the fields, the laboratory equipped with the latest technology to test product quality. The complex is provided with autonomous systems of heat, power and water supply. It is provided for receiving the harvest and shipment of finished products both from motor and railway transport. The two-storey administrative building and production corps has all conditions for the staff. Adjoining territory of the enterprise was fully accomplished and landscaped.
