Auctions at the State Commodities and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan

49 contracts were concluded at the State Commodities and Raw Materials of Turkmenistan last week.

Businessmen from Switzerland and the Virgin Islands bought technical kerosene and low sulphur fuel oil produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. Diesel fuel produced at the Seydi oil refinery was the choice of buyers from Denmark and A grade technical iodine was bought by businessmen (Turkmenhimiya State Concern) from the United Arab Emirates. The currency contracts were concluded for cotton yarn, ginned cotton, raw fatty acids, cotton soap stock, flax tow, flocks. The buyer-countries: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Russia, UAE, Turkey, South Korea, Singapore, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, and the Virgin Islands. The sum of the transactions exceeded US$ 111. 803.

Businessmen from the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Russia, UAE, Turkey, India, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan concluded the contracts for refined cotton oil, soap, furniture cotton, men’s socks, cotton cloth, calico, cotton yarn in deposit manats. The transactions in deposit manats totalled over 17.6 million manats.

The Turkmen businessmen bought polypropylene and bread grain to the sum of 419,662 manats.
