Individual Enterprise “Ak hunji” of Mary branch of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan first in the country started to the production of sandwich panels, which are widely claimed while construction of objects of industrial and other significance.
Manufacture of this product is absolutely new kind of production in the sphere of the national industry of building materials. To date, such panels were delivered to the construction market of Turkmenistan particularly from Iran, Turkey, and China.
Prior to the realization of the idea, the specialists had to analyze carefully the demand for this production in Mary region and in the country as a whole, to calculate dynamics of sales for 2-3 years forward. Forecasts were optimistic. New shop was equipped with due thermal mode and ventilation. It was installed the import equipment bought on credit line, automatic flow line.
In the last quarter of last year, the enterprise manufactured the first production. In total, within past period, it was made about two thousand square meters of progressive building engineering, light in weight, solid, convenient for transportation and assemblage. Certainly, this is the beginning only. The installed equipment gives an opportunity to make up to 100 thousand square meters of several kinds of such panels per year. The first contracts on delivery of building materials have been concluded. The enterprise became the pioneer in manufacture of perfect new kind of building product, which is not conceding in quality to foreign analogues.
All necessary conditions for safe high-efficiency work and rest are created for workers of shop.
Multivector activity is inherent in private enterprise. Over five years, its staff under the licence of the Ministry of Construction of Turkmenistan is successfully engaged in flow line of polystyrene and products from it. Production from expanded polystyrene not only provide a thermal protection, it is also used in facing of facades, favorably differing from traditional claydite and a brick on technical and economic indicators and heat conductivity factor. In the specialized shops located in Bayramaly etrap, more than thousand square meters of expanded polystyrene sheet and tens of thousands running meters of decorative products from it, applied at furnishing of premises interior, facades of buildings are manufactured monthly on the average. By the way, with introduction of a workshop on manufacture of sandwiches-panels, expanded polystyrene of their own manufacture has become one of the major components as it corresponds to all construction norms and requirements, including fire resistance.
Other large-scale object is connected with contribution of collective to maintenance of food safety of the country. Last year businessmen from Bayramaly etrap have started building of a cattle-breeding complex on manufacture of dairy and meat produce with 50 tons of milk and 60 tons of beef production a year. For maintenance of forage reserve of this complex, in accordance with the Decision of the President of Turkmenistan there were allocated 100 hectares of land, where the first crops of forage crops have already been received.
Today the collective makes new plans. While the workshop on manufacture of sandwiches-panels only begins developing, new idea has appeared in collective - to construct factory on release of wider assortment of the same type, but with another heat-insulating stuffing - of mineral cotton wool, basalt fiber, the temperature stability of which is 10 times more than that of polystyrene. According to the Decision of the President of Turkmenistan for realization of this project, a 5 hectare area in the territory of Vekilbazar etrap has already been defined.
Possibilities of means survey for purchase of product lines, equipment of the new modern enterprise are being calculated. In the beginning a basalt fiber will be purchased from Russia, and in the perspective a stake is on domestic raw materials, as experimental researches on reception of a basalt fiber on the basis of domestic raw materials have already been conducted in Turkmenistan.
