It is intended for the production of dry building adhesive mixtures used for laying ceramic tiles in buildings under construction. The annual capacity of the site will come to four thousand tons of products made from local raw material that meets the quality standards.

Technology of preparation of this glue mass is simple. It intends the mixing in strict proportions of cement, washed river sand, as well as use of chemical additives, which slows down the cement hardening. The process is fully mechanized. Cement, dry river sand and chemical additive mixed in certain proportions, are delivered from special hopper first to mill, where they are mixed thoroughly, and then by screw, the mixture is transported to silo where it is stored a long time.

Presently, new highly-efficient installation allows producing about four tons of glue mixture per shift. It is used by decorators and tilers. Factory workers plan to expand the production of scarce materials and produce up to 15 tons of glutinous mass per day. For the packaging of products, there is special paper wrapping with the logo of the enterprise. Articles of new production will be sold in the construction market of the country.

Use of innovative technologies, expansion on their basis the production of import-substituting and export-oriented products, using local raw materials, will ensure the competitiveness of domestic products in home and foreign markets, including the segment of manufacture of building materials.
