Since the beginning of the year, oil industry workers produced 1266569 tons of oil. As compared with the relevant period of the last year, the miners increased the work paces. For processing they delivered by 69.7 tons of “black gold” more than in the first quarter of 2015. Since the beginning of this year, they have drilled by 18888 meters more than scheduled plan. First of all, it was considerably increased the drilling speed of the production wells. They drilled 11921 meters more than expected. Depth of exploratory wells was increased nearly by seven thousand meters.
Such growth of productivity is connected with use of advanced drilling technologies and techniques from the best world manufacturers. Only in 2015, 12 drilling installations of “XJ-450” brand of the Chinese production with spare parts and powerful equipment against a high pressure have been delivered to the managements. Their use has allowed the drillers significantly advance the schedule of drilling works.
From the beginning of the year, the subdivisions of the Concern drilled and put 26 wells in operation for oil and gas producing managements, of which 6 - exploration and 20 - operational.
Specialists are engaged in overhaul of wells in oil and gas fields. At the same time, it is actively introduced the methods such as the use of flexible pump-compressor pipes or cementing packer “Stinger” while carrying out waterproofing works that contribute to the increase of oil production volumes. The crews are equipped with new, more powerful lifting units AK-60, A-80-60, XJ -350, XJ-450, and UPA-60.
In the first quarter of this year, it was put into operation - 93 wells, at that additionally received 29.4 thousand tons of oil and 51.3 million cubic meters of gas. “Development Program oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan until 2030” developed on the initiative of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov defined the ways of further development of oil and gas industry. Its most important task is to accelerate the pace of exploration and development of new and growth of productivity of deposits, increase oil recovery, comprehensive mechanization and automation of production of hydrocarbon resources. Implementation of this program will allow the enterprises of “Turkmennebit” State Concern significantly increase the production and processing of hydrocarbons.
