Participants of the ceremony immediately plunged into the atmosphere of the Turkmen wedding ceremony with its inherent traditions, soulful songs of Bakhshi, becoming witnesses of how a bride meets her groom at his house giving all his close relatives gifts: rugs and souvenirs, all was a handmade creation of work made by herself.

The unique exhibits, including embroidered outfits of traditional women's clothing, silver jewelry, ceramic souvenirs, subjects of household utensils and, of course, magnificent wool and silk carpets, recreated an amazing picture of the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, leaving an indelible impression for exhibition’s visitors.
It is noteworthy that true masters of a high art of manual carpet era of power and happiness, implementing new and creative ideas that comply with the finest performance of the technique in the manufacture of such importance as preserving for future generations of modern analogs of ancient carpets, such as the wonderful carpet copies a unique masterpiece, Pazyryk carpet stored in the collections of the Hermitage of St. Petersburg (Russia).
Having opened in 2014, the primary wool processing factory in Mary of a new production workshop with capacity of 4 thousand tons of washed wool per year, in 2015 one-tenth of the total volume of produced raw materials for the wool-spinning factories completely met the needs of the industry. A significant part of the goods entered the domestic market, and other part exported to foreign consumers.
An important factor for further increase of manufactured volumes of traditional and modern ornamental pictorial rugs is an increase output of the industry. A high-quality industrial processing and production of raw materials at comprehensive level especially its strong, elastic yarn, produced from wool of sheep breeds Saraja of spring shearing. Specialized company is the wool-spinning factory "Argach", which is due to technological renewal today, is able to produce up to 500 kg per day of pure wool yarn, including 250 kg of dyed ones.
Expanding manufacturing base of the largest in the country of Halach Art Enterprise of Carpet Weaving with an area of over 1,000 square meters are being built a new production workshop. With the commissioning of the object by 6 thousand square meters to make up the current volumes of production of pure wool carpet products, the factory will produce an additional 1500 square meters per year. In these workshops there are considered weaving of carpet giants, it is developed and manufactured advanced machines, a comprehensive models and constructions to ease the work of labor carpet weavers.
In 2015, 42 thousand 860 square meters of carpet products were manufactured in the State Union of the carpet factories.
The representatives of the domestic private sector have also been able to develop broader domestic carpet businesses, saturating the market with beautiful and quality products, which are an essential element of the artistic home and office decor. The attention of visitors attracted a large collection of souvenir works of Turkmen entrepreneurs in stunning harmony of carpet patterns, samples of national embroidery distinguished with elegance and individual creativity.
