Construction of strategic pipeline in the Turkmen section is being conducted by the national fuel and energy complex, having justifies the professional skills and logistical capacity of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, its ability to implement large-scale projects at the international level.

The construction management trust brigades of "Maryneftegazstroy" of the State Concern "Turkmenneftegazstroy" to accelerate the TAPI construction of Turkmen section, by establishing on the road three racks to weld the pipes. According to the design estimates of the future pipeline route it has been laid 70 meters corridor. Today, its length is more than 23 thousand meters. In this corridor there are more than 7.5 thousand meters of large diameter pipes constructed. The preparation work includes utilization of more than forty units of special vehicles and construction machinery. General Contractor Division, equipped with technology, is preparing trenches for laying gas pipeline. It has been constructed more than 2.5 thousand meters and laid over two thousand meters of insulated pipes.

As is known, the implementation of energy projects by engineering and construction management professionals of the State Concern "Turkmengas" are actively involved. They finished complex of engineering and exploration on the 200 km route of the future main gas pipeline. Contracting organizations are transmitted documentation for the construction of forty kilometers of the future main gas pipeline.

By the instructions of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the builders will lay more than 200 kilometers of pipes, and will build on the route the compressor stations, will erect related facilities with water intakes, engineering networks, access roads, and control towers, provide the route with power supply. The construction workers need a lot of effort in order to fulfill in time all construction and installation work to create a well-developed infrastructure and ability to manage and control the "blue fuel" flow.

One of the main goals is to establish the TAPI interstate gas transport system of Turkmenistan and to ensure diversification of export deliveries of natural gas to the world markets. The energy program designed for the next decade, a specific role is given for the integrated development of the available country’s huge hydrocarbon reserves. And it gives the opportunity to build and implement long-term plans for the withdrawal of its resources to the largest gas export markets.

Construction of a new transnational energy route besides of other economic tasks as emphasized by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, will contribute to resolving important social and humanitarian issues to ensure the socio-economic development of the states, and as a result will increase standards of living of the people.
