In the industrial zone near the village of Jebel, Balkan velayat, the individual enterprise «Demir ölçeg» produces multi-purpose electrical equipment. The enterprise is headed by a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Serdarberdi Matiyev.

The company manufactures iron shields and boxes for electrical equipment, and also fulfills orders from various industries. In the repair and adjustment department, winding and repair of electric motors and transformers are carried out.

The range of services provided by the company includes field engineering, testing, measurement of high-voltage electrical equipment and their maintenance, installation and adjustment of relay protection and automation, installation and commissioning of grounding and lightning rods. It also produces spare parts for power lines, lighting poles, repairs and maintenance of diesel generators up to 35 kW. Repaired equipment undergoes a special test in accordance with state standards. Also, the enterprise, on the basis of special licenses, carries out work on laying overhead and underground power lines and industrial construction.

At present, the staff of the individual enterprise, working enthusiastically, is making a worthy contribution to strengthening the economic power of the Motherland.
