The national brand “Made in Turkmenistan” will soon appear in our country. Ch. Gylyjov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, reported to Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov about the measures taken to implement this project at a recent meeting of the Government.

In this regard, it is planned to hold a competition among artists, designers, students and citizens, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the participation of sectoral ministries and departments.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening the economic potential of our country, improving its reputation in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as supporting domestic producers.

In the international community, Turkmenistan is known as a state with great potential in the production of goods and the provision of high-quality services. The creation of the national brand "Made in Turkmenistan" will serve as another incentive for the production of high-quality and competitive products.

Today, export volumes are increasing in our country, import substitution is successfully increasing, textile, furniture and many other domestic brands are appearing. In accordance with the solution of the tasks of the "Foreign Trade Strategy of Turkmenistan for 2021-2030".

Having approved the development of the national brand, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the need to search for new formats and approaches, noting that Turkmen designers should be guided by the study of best practices in this area in accordance with world standards, including the use of digital systems.
