On May 31, a festive event dedicated to the International Children's Day was held in the capital's recreation park “Ashgabat”. More than 200 boys and girls took part in the holiday, among whom were pupils of specialized and auxiliary boarding schools, children from large families, as well as children registered with the Children's Fund. Children from the Ashgabat Rehabilitation Center and the Disabled Support Center were also invited to the celebration.

Volunteers of the NGO “Keyik Okara” organized competitive and game programs for the participants of the holiday. In addition, the little guests had the opportunity to ride the rides, try sweets and ice cream, which is especially pleasant on a hot afternoon. Various competitions were invented for boys and girls, the winners of which received prizes, and all participants received memorable souvenirs.

At the end of the event, the organizers expressed their deep gratitude to everyone who supported the celebration.
