One of the enterprises that make a worthy contribution to the development of the country's textile industry with its own textile products is the individual enterprise Turkmen Ojagy. The company, which has been producing textiles for several years, not only supplies it to the domestic market of the country, but also exports it abroad, namely to the Kyrgyz Republic and Turkey, the press center of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan reports.
The production part of the enterprise is located in the city of Turkmenabat, Lebap velayat and consists of three divisions. At its first site, cotton fabric for clothes and furniture is produced, at the second - cotton wool, and at the third - hemp non-woven fabric. The enterprise, equipped with advanced equipment of the Russian Federation, employs 148 workers with many years of experience. Production is mainly carried out on orders.
The private enterprise "Turkmen Ojagy" was established in October 2015 and produces both cotton and polypropylene bags. The enterprise supplies raw materials for the processing of cotton products from the Ministry of Agriculture and Ecology of Turkmenistan, raw materials for the production of polypropylene bags from the Turkmenbashi oil refinery and the Gyanli polymer plant.
The company specializes in the production of hemp fabric for packaging, wadding, unbleached cotton sewing thread and cotton fabric for upholstery.
Products manufactured at the enterprise are sold to budgetary institutions, enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Turkmenistan, factories of the Ministry of Textile Industry, entrepreneurs and the public through the enterprise's store. The goods are exported to Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine and Romania.
