The training centre is located in the basement of the building, where leading specialist of «General Electric» for development of personnel Tomas Walsch will conduct lessons.
According to undertaken obligations, the company trains advanced technologies to Turkmen specialists. First training for the group of 30 people was conducted at the State Energy Institute in 2015 and the second one in 2016. Most of the participants were the representatives of teaching and professor staff as well as students of the institute.
Besides, «Çalyk Enerji» also conducted additional comprehensive training on GE LM6000 installation for improvement of qualification of operators and service personnel of the Ministry of Energy as well as training of young engineers and supervisors, who could replace the operators.
Four stages of training for almost 120 people of the personnel of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan were conducted for two years. The first stage was dedicated to general station equipment, the second one to practical familiarization with LM6000 installations, the third to operation and technical service and maintenance of «General Electric» equipment. The fourth stage was organized as a distance learning, during which the content of several courses on gas turbines was put on the net with provision of the access by the participants.
