The wheat varieties "Alexeyevich" and "Bezostaya-100" are among the high-yielding wheat varieties ripening these days in the fields of Dashoguz velayat. They have an acceptable vegetation period for the region. Last autumn, they were sown along with other well-established in the local soil and climatic conditions varieties in a number of etraps. Earlier, the novelties passed preliminary tests on experimental plots, where they were evaluated by indicators of yield, drought resistance, resistance to shattering and to various diseases of cereal crops and showed good results.

Experts say, that, according to breeding indicators, these varieties are suitable for cultivation in the Velayat in large quantities. They are characterized by resistance to lodging and overgrowth on the root, to various diseases and unstable climatic conditions, have high yield, have high milling quality.

Today, the grain growers of Dashoguz velayat have learned to successfully cultivate many varieties of wheat, such as, "Sähraýy", "Juwan", "Berkarar", "Garaşsyzlyk" and others. At the same time, active comprehensive breeding work continues in the region to create and search for new wheat varieties capable of producing high and stable yields in local weather conditions.
