Grain growers of Dashoguz velayat are in anticipation of the upcoming harvest. All necessary organizational measures have been taken for the successful holding of the forthcoming harvest of bread, the preservation and processing of the grown crop. During the preparation for the responsible agricultural campaign, the main attention was paid to the level of technical readiness of combine harvesters, grain cleaning and grain drying units, the condition of production and storage facilities, weighing facilities, the issues of fire safety and labor protection were also in the focus.

During the harvest, it is planned to use the extensive fleet of modern grain harvesting equipment available in the region, including hundreds of combine harvesters of famous brands «John Deere» and «CLAAS», and the required number of vehicles of various forms of ownership for transporting grain. Round-the-clock maintenance of harvesting equipment will be established at a high level, which will ensure the necessary pace of harvesting work.

The basis of the current harvest was made up of high-yielding wheat varieties "Juvan", "Sakhray", "Batko", "Alekseevich" and "Bezostaya-100", which proved themselves well in local conditions.

Today, there are successfully operating three high-performance flour mills, 7 elevators and dozens of points for receiving grain, equipped with modern laboratories in the Dashoguz velayat. The main part of elevators is capable of accepting up to 50 thousand tons of grain for one-time storage and cleaning and is able to provide local grain producers with enough seed. All of these are a result of the comprehensive work consistently carried out by the state to create sufficient production capacities for the storage and processing of agricultural products that meet international standards. The total capacity and power of specialized facilities will allow receiving, cleaning, preserving and processing the entire crop in a timely manner.
