A seminar on the exchange of best practices in the field of digitalization of mass media has ended in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The meeting, which was attended by the Turkmen delegation, was held under the auspices of the OSCE Center.

Turkmenistan was represented by heads and staff of leading state and private news agencies and publications.

During the four days, the journalists exchanged experience in the field of digitalization. In addition, meetings were organized for them with representatives of private online publications, the Commissioner of the Georgian National Communications Commission, the Director General of the Georgian Public Broadcaster, members of the Georgian Parliament, and representatives of the Press and Information Department of the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In their free time, the participants of the meeting were familiarized with the sights of Georgia.

According to the participants from Turkmenistan, the seminar had a fruitful impact in terms of gaining experience, as well as establishing business contacts with colleagues from other countries.
