The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov called for expanding partnership with the Republic of Korea in the field of youth policy and healthcare. Hero-Arkadag put forward the relevant initiatives during the talks held in Ashgabat with the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Kim Jin Pyo.

As the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan emphasized, today a significant role is given to the realization of the intellectual, creative and spiritual potential of young people in the interests of society and the state, the development of youth public and parliamentary structures.

In this regard, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposed to hold a forum of public initiatives of the Turkmen-Korean youth in 2024 in Turkmenistan to build a modern smart city.

“We have a huge potential in the field of medicine. In this context, I propose to consider the possibility of opening a Center for Traditional Korean Medicine in Turkmenistan,” Hero-Arkadag also said.
