The specialists of the Engineering and Construction Department of the Turkmengas State Concern are engaged in laying utility lines – gas pipeline, water line, electric power lines, inspection path and its ground auxiliary facilities at the platform on the 70th kilometre of the gas pipeline route.
Highly qualified specialists, who take an active part in the implementation of the national strategy on the diversification of natural gas supply from Turkmenistan to the world markets, develop the new gas route.
Designing engineers of the main gas pipeline have completed all surveying works required to lay the line pipe at the Turkmen section of the 214-km strategic main line and the technological part of the future gas transport system at the 50th kilometre of the section.
Developing the gas transportation infrastructure in two directions – the export on new routes and satisfaction of the domestic needs of the country, the experts have started designing the supply gas pipeline, which will connect the East-West with the gas chemical complex on euro-5 gasoline production under construction in Ovadan Depe.
The seven-kilometre gas pipeline will annually supply up to two billion cubic meters of natural gas. At the same time, the project organization has been developing a unique object - the chemical complex on polyethylene and propylene production in Kiyanly. An evaporation pond that will occupy the 100-hectares territory will be constructed there. This modern facility will be built using the latest technology, which will allow disposing process water used in the chemical industry without harming the environment.
