A modern unit with the annual capacity of 37,200 tons of road bitumen launched the production of cementitious material that satisfy the TDS requirements. The US company - Westport Trading Europe Limited installed the most advanced equipment within the framework of the programme on widening the range of goods and increasing the quality of oil products. The unit consists of three sections: vacuum distillation of fuel oil, hydron viscosity breaking and oxidating.

The new technological process significantly contributed to increasing the production of raw materials that meet requirements of high-quality asphalt manufacture.

A combined atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit with preliminary oil desalting and gasoline rerun distillation with the capacity of six million tons per year successfully operates at the Seydi refinery. Specialists at the Lebap refinery use oil supplied from Yashildepe, Baharly, Yylakly, Mydar, Soltanbent fields and gas condensate produced at five gas producing departments of the Turkmengaz State Concern.

Last year, the combined atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit processed more than 567,000 tons of oil and gas condensate.
