The batch of 21 units of the “Arion 640 CIS” tractors manufactured by the famous German “CLAAS” Company, has been delivered to the Peasant Associations of Dashoguz province. At that, the fitting out of agro-industrial complex of the country with high technology is going on. Up-to-date and perfect samples of machinery appear on the Turkmen fields. Moreover, these agricultural vehicles are well-adapted to the local soil and climatic conditions and promote increase of agricultural crops, being cultivated in every region.

Multifunctional agricultural machinery delivered to the northern province of the country is provided with four-unit rotating plough of the “LEMKEN” Company. They are capable to perform a wide range of operations on soil treatment.

It is worth mentioning that agricultural producers – the peasant associations often become the purchasers of up-to-date tractors. Especially as because with this view the state renders significant support for purchase of this machinery, allocating lax credits for 10 years at 1% interest per annum. Well profitability of the agro-industrial complex and conditions created in Turkmenistan for its development contribute to it.

At the beginning of the last year, a series of farms of Sedarabat etrap of Lebap province purchased on such principles new tractors “AXION 850” manufactured by the famous German CLAAS Company. These machines are capable to realize complicated tasks in the fields. They are fitted with innovative systems, which are able to change the engine power from 191 up to 260 horsepower depending on load that allows efficiently using the fuel and rationally exploiting the technique. This experience became positive that influenced on increase of the number of the peasant associations in the province, which desire to purchase up-to-date technology. Also the geography of such delivery is being expanded. So, in December 2011, a series of farms of Mary province purchased 21 units of “ARION 640 CIS” tractors of the German Company.

The designers and producers paid particular attention to the high efficiency as well as to the creation of optimal work conditions for machine operators. Electronic systems considerably simplify the work of agricultural vehicles and their drivers, providing high ergonomics, making easier the maintenance and management. In order to operate such machinery, it is essential to have relevant knowledge and skills. Therefore, as a tradition, up-to-ate machines are entrusted to the most experienced machine operators, who have passed specially organized trainings.

Relying on leading innovations and nearly a hundred-year long experience in production of agricultural machinery, the CLAAS Company, which delivers highly productive farming machines to Turkmenistan, ranks by right among the world leaders of agrarian machine building.

In the course of the talk, the regional director of CLAAS for Central Asia and the Caucasus Sergey Potyemin noted: “Turkmen market is quite attractive for our company, firstly by its scale, demand for innovations and leading technologies. Moreover, the fact that our vehicles successfully operate in local soil and climatic conditions regardless of cold and hot weather became a unique opportunity for us to demonstrate high functionality of technology. I am confident that the consumers of our technology from other countries will take into account the leading experience of Turkmenistan. We, in turn, are ready to offer our latest products and many-year experience to our Turkmen partners with a view of deepening of our cooperation. This partnership has promising prospects. I was able to be personally convinced in it, having visited Ashgabat. The city and the country produced wonderful impressions. Turkmenistan develops dynamically and advances towards the bright future. We are proud that our products are in great demand here. We will do our best to justify your confidence.”

Expansion of geography, increase of delivery volumes of agricultural machinery is accompanied by relevant development of service systems, which formation is going on in the country. So, in May of the last year, the head office with the service center in Turkmenistan was opened in Ashgabat. Regional centers successfully function in Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary provinces, which have received large batches of the CLASS technology. In future, it is planned to open such centers in Ak Bugday etrap of Akhal province and Serdar etrap of Balkan province. At that, all largest agricultural regions of the country will be covered and will allow conducting the maintenance of machinery in optimal terms and promptly removing breakages of any complicacy during the work process in any part of the country.

Moreover, recently at the enlarged meeting of Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, it was made a decision on purchase of a large batch of powerful tractors of “AXION 850” brand and ploughs of “EurOpal 9 5 N 100” brand for needs of the “Turkmenobahyzmat” Association. It means that tractors of “CLASS” brand will operate not only in separate peasant associations but on the fields of the whole country as well. Machine operators of the Association have accumulated enough experience of work with agricultural machinery of this German brand and maintenance services represented in Turkmenistan. As is known, last year, the fleet of the “Turkmenobahyzmat” Association was replenished with 120 grain and rice harvesting combines “Tucano 430”, which successfully operated during wheat and rice harvesting campaigns in Dashoguz and Lebap provinces.
