Dates for the youth scientific paper competition announced

The Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the Academy of Sciences of the country, annually organizes the competition of scientific works among young people. The dates for each of the six directions have been announced.

The competition for young researchers who have presented their works in the field of "Nanotechnology, chemical technology, research of new materials and energy" will start on April 11.

The competition for the second direction, "Biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics", is scheduled for April 12.

Scientific papers of young people in the third direction, "Information and communication systems, computer technologies", will participate in the competition on April 15.

The competition of works presented in the fourth direction, "Modern medicine and pharmaceutical production technologies", will be held on April 16. The following day, April 17, is planned for the competition of scientific works by young people in the field of "Innovative economy", and the review of the competition works in the field of "Humanities" will conclude on April 18. The results of the competition of scientific works among the youth of the country and the awarding of the winners traditionally take place on the Science Day, June 12.

Wishing all participants success in the competition, the organizing committee notes that this event is part of the extensive work being carried out in Turkmenistan to educate a well-rounded, purposeful, hardworking and patriotic young generation. The aim of the competition is to stimulate the scientific research activities of young people in the most promising and in-demand fields, to form a new generation of scientists proficient in innovative technologies, to implement the scientific developments of talented youth in various sectors of the national economy, and to promote mentoring principles in science.
