An event titled "Pederleriň mirasy – nesillere görelde" was held at the Center for Public Organizations of Turkmenistan. It was organized by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan in collaboration with the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

The meeting was dedicated to the discussion of the tasks related to implementing state youth policy, as outlined by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan. The discussion particularly focused on the importance of history and national heritage in educating the younger generation. Speakers included scientists Akmyrat Babaev and Allaguly Berdiev from the Institute of History and Archaeology, postgraduate student of the Institute Yazgeldi Charyev, winner of a scientific works competition among young scientists Arslan Byashimov, and head of the Arkadag Youth Organization Council Umida Kakayeva.

They spoke about the importance of instilling pride in national values and traditions among youth and discussed how Turkmenistan's centuries-old culture, literature and glorious history can play a role in this process. The scientists provided detailed insights into how Turkmenistan is rich with unique archaeological monuments and described the scientific research being conducted to study these sites and disseminate information about them both within the country and internationally.

The songs performed by bakhshi musicians from the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva served as a musical illustration related to national heritage and traditions during the event.
