The competition "Talyp Gözeli-2025" is preparing for the final

Every year, in honor of International Women's Day, the contest “Talyp Gözeli” (“Student beauty”) is held in all higher educational institutions of the country. This competition not only reveals the charm and talent of the participants, but also helps to better understand the rich cultural heritage, art and traditions of our people.

In the process of competition, girls demonstrate their skills in various areas, such as needlework, national embroidery and the preparation of traditional Turkmen dishes.

At the current stage, the participants are preparing for the final, where they have to fight for the honorary title “Talyp Gözeli-2025”.

This year's theme is dedicated to the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, which highlights the importance of values that are passed down from generation to generation. In their stage excerpts, the contestants reveal these themes through vivid and emotional performances filled with deep meaning and reflecting the spirit of the times.

By studying the literary works of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the participants also strengthen their knowledge of traditions and customs. For example, the book of the Hero Arkadag "Bereketli turkmen saçagy" ("Turkmen Dastarkhan") helps them master the secrets of the national cuisine and correctly prepare the dish "Unash".

The needlework round of the "Hünärim bar – hormatym bar" competition allows girls to reveal their embroidery skills.

The role of a woman in our society has always been and remains significant. She is the keeper of the hearth, the bearer of spiritual values and brings up conscientiousness, modesty and hard work in each generation. The “Talyp Gözeli” contest is a reminder of how important women are as fundamental figures in the family and society.
