The State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan has opened an exhibition titled "Women's Happiness – Happiness of the Earth" dedicated to International Women's Day.

In the museum halls, one can see antique household items, jewelry and outfits created by talented craftswomen from different eras. Handmade embroidery is particularly highlighted. The patterns skillfully executed on shawls embody the freshness and multicolor of native nature.

The art of Turkmen embroidery, included in UNESCO's List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, serves as a vivid testament to its recognition on the international stage. This emphasizes the uniqueness of the craftswomen's skills and the importance of their contribution to preserving and developing cultural heritage.
