The proclamation of 2025 as the International Year of Peace and Trust by the United Nations, initiated by Turkmenistan, is a testament to the recognition of the foreign policy of our sovereign state, carried out under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, which is founded on the peacekeeping doctrine of the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

On this occasion, various events and creative meetings involving cultural figures, artists, poets, and prose writers are being held across the country.

Such celebrations took place in the cultural centers of Kerki etrap, the village of Berkarar Zaman in Sayat etrap, the village of Kolaryk in Charjev etrap, and in the Lebap velayat library. The speakers paid special attention to the role of neutrality in the rapid development of our country in political, economic, cultural, and social spheres. They also emphasized the significance of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov’s visit to Japan and Turkmenistan’s opening of its National Day at the World Expo 2025, becoming the first among nearly 160 participating countries.

During these creative meetings, filled with deep patriotic feelings and inspiration, participants expressed sincere gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, as well as to the Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for their tireless care for the prosperity of the Motherland and the well-being of the Turkmen people.
