The Central Asian Conference on Climate Change (CACCC-2025), held in the capital's 'Yyldyz" Hotel, has become the focus of attention for the leading media in Central Asian countries.

National media of Turkmenistan, as well as the Zamon information portal (Uzbekistan), the "Baige news" information and analytical portal (Kazakhstan), the Eltr-Kyrgyzstan TV channel and the "Ilm va Hayot" magazine (Tajikistan) actively cover the progress and key moments of the panel sessions, noting the high level of organization of the event and its exceptional relevance, as evidenced by numerous positive reviews from guests.

It is noteworthy that on the eve of the conference, a special training session on climate coverage was held for journalists.

The main objective of the conference, organized by the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) in close partnership with the Government of Turkmenistan, is to stimulate transformational dialogue and assist Central Asian countries in strengthening their climate resilience through strategic financing aligned with NCQG, implementation of innovative solutions and enhanced regional cooperation.

The conference aims to develop concrete action plans that integrate national priorities with the regional and global climate agenda, including commitments made at COP29 and COP30, as well as the implementation of the Regional Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change in Central Asia.

A number of reputable organizations, including the Water and Energy Program for Central Asia (CAWEP), the World Bank's RESILAND CA+5 program, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and other partners, each of which makes a significant contribution to the discussion of climate sustainability issues, provide significant support for the implementation of CACIC-2025.
