The footballers of "Arkadag" have achieved their seventh consecutive win in the 2025 Turkmenistan Championship among top league clubs. In the rescheduled 14th round match, Vladimir Bayramov’s team confidently defeated Balkanabat’s "Nebitchi" 3-0 on their home field. This was "Arkadag’s" first game after their victory in the AFC Challenge League final against the Cambodian club "Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng" with a score of 2-1.

In the first round match in Balkanabat, the reigning Turkmenistan champion narrowly defeated "Nebitchi," scoring the only winning goal in the 77th minute. In the return match, the Balkanabat club was unable to offer strong resistance.

The scoring opened in the 10th minute by Shamamet Hydyrov. In the 59th minute, Begench Akmamedov doubled "Arkadag’s" lead. The final score of 3-0 was set by Yhlas Saparmamedov in the 67th minute.

After this game, "Arkadag" rose to second place in the league table with 21 points, trailing "Ahal" by 3 points, although "Ahal" has played 3 more matches after a crushing 4-0 victory over "Ashgabat" in this round.

The third position is held by Turkmenbashi’s "Shagadam," also with 21 points, which won 1-0 away against the capital’s "Kopetdag." The winning goal was scored by Ruslan Priev in the 40th minute.

The capital’s "Altyn Asyr" is 2 points behind the top three after beating Mary’s "Merv" 2-0 at home in this round.

After these matches, the top scorer race is still led by Didar Durdyyev ("Arkadag") with 6 goals. His teammates Begench Akmamedov and Yhlas Saparmamedov, as well as Meylis Diniyev ("Ahal ") have one goal less. Four goals each have Altymyrat Annadurdyyev ("Arkadag"), Abdyresul Abdyyev ("Merw"), and Zafar Babajanov ("Altyn Asyr"). Three goals each belong to Mekan Ashirov ("Shagadam"), Byashim Gurbanberdiyev ("Ashgabat"), and Dayanch Meredov ("Ahal").
