On May 28, 2025, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus organized an event dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust and the 30th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan at the State Institution “Republican rehabilitation center for disabled children” of the Republic of Belarus. At the beginning of the meeting, the director of the State Institution “Republican rehabilitation center for disabled children” L.Kondrashova addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

Then the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus N.Shagulyev informed the participants in detail about the achievements and successes of neutral Turkmenistan.

The event also included a photo exhibition about the culture, art and nature of Turkmenistan and a video about the country’s achievements over the years of independence, the rich and glorious history and unique culture of the Turkmen people.

Students from Turkmenistan studying in higher educational institutions in Belarus performed a concert program, which included wonderful songs and the folk dance “Kushtdepdi”.

Director of the State Institution L.Kondrashova recalled with satisfaction her participation in the international conference “Year of Peace and Trust: Development of International Activities for Children”, which took place on March 29, 2025 in the city of Arkadag.

At the end of the event, children undergoing treatment at the Republican Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children were presented with gifts from the Embassy.
