Under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, large-scale reforms are being carried out in Turkmenistan’s education system. A clear demonstration of this is the construction of modern secondary and higher educational institutions.

The intellectual competitions and international events being held contribute to the formation of an educated, patriotic youth with a broad outlook. One such competition, organized jointly by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the Ashgabat city khakimlik, and the Ministry of Education, was recently held at the “Ashgabat” song and music center. Here, the final round of the creative festival “Talyp joşguny – 2025” took place.

The festival, held annually among students of the country’s higher educational institutions, gives young talents the opportunity to fully demonstrate their intellectual as well as creative abilities in music, dance and folk art.

The goal of the festival is to identify talented young people, encourage their creative pursuits, and strengthen friendly ties.
