In the last days of the outgoing summer, the musicians of the Tahyr Atayev Orchestra once again turned to the theme of love and prepared a new musical program for Ashgabat residents and guests of the capital.

The concert took place on the stage of the National Music and Drama Theatre named after Magtymguly. It was remembered by the audience for the unusual timbre of the voices of two rising pop stars - Ogulgerek Sultanmyradova and Munisa Hudaybergenova, as well as the virtuoso playing of the orchestra's instrumentalists - saxophonist Shirhan Batyrov and cellist Annaoraz Dovletov.

And yet, the crowning number of the concert program was the performance of the song «Gyz» by People's Artist of Turkmenistan Atajan Berdiyev. The free melody of Nury Halmamedov is designed for a wide range of vocal capabilities of the singer. And in this regard, Atajan Berdiyev was incomparable. He dragged out the final phrase for so long that the audience began to applaud him without waiting for the end. It was a triumph for the composer, singer and musicians. And the audience appreciated such a performance.

Ogulgerek Sultanmyradova's performance, which featured the Turkish folk song «Isyan», was a great success. She was accompanied on the Turkish musical instrument baglama by Serdar Jumamyradov. Both the singer and the accompanist made an indelible impression on the audience. After performing, the soloist bowed to the audience, but did not leave the stage, but took her place in the orchestra. Ogulgerek is a violinist of the orchestra of Tahyr Atayev.

Honoured Artist of Turkmenistan Selbi Annadurdyyeva took part in the concert, demonstrating the ability to convey the emotional experiences that accompany the relationship of two loving hearts.

The concert program included Turkmen vocal works, as well as hits of foreign pop music, which corresponds to the International Year of Peace and Trust, under the motto of which our country strengthens friendship with other nations.
