Residents of Ashgabat and guests of the Turkmen capital can expect a rich cultural program in the coming days. Admirers of fine arts will be able to visit exhibitions, music lovers – concerts, and theater groups will also delight with surprises.
On October 3 at 16:00, the Exhibition Center of Fine Arts of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan will host the opening of the personal exhibition by Charymyrat Yazmyradov titled "My Poetry in Colors," dedicated to the artist's 50th anniversary.
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan invites everyone to the Korean Culture Festival.
On October 3 at 17:00, an event dedicated to Korean traditions and art will be held at the Arkach shopping and entertainment center. The program includes interesting master classes in calligraphy, an introduction to the traditional Korean attire – Hanbok, as well as activities in the themed photo zone "Journey to Korea." Admission to the event is free.
On October 4 at 19:00, a concert of South Korean performers – tenor Kwon Hwa-pyong and mezzo-soprano Kwon Midji – will be held at the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater in collaboration with the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan. Admission is free.
On October 5 at 17:00, the children's inclusive studio "TA-TaL" will present the play "Japbaklar" to the public at the "Medeniýet Merkezi" cultural center of the Berkararlyk etrap in Ashgabat.
Premieres of new plays are expected in the city theaters.
