METIZ, a leading company in the Russian prosthetic and orthotic market, showcased its innovative developments at the International Exhibition "Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State," held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Among the exhibits were carbon fiber feet, knee modules, as well as specialized waterproof modules and prosthetic feet. These high-tech devices, created using advanced materials, enable people with disabilities not only to return to an active lifestyle but also to achieve high performance in sports.

Particular attention was drawn to the development of the multifunctional hand module – "MeHand". This prosthesis is equipped with a touch screen, allowing for instant switching between grips. As explained by company representative Anton Ermakov, the prosthesis offers around 24 types of grips. The user controls it by contracting specific muscles.
One of the main goals of the company's visit to Turkmenistan is to establish direct cooperation and conduct joint work with local specialists. This will help strengthen ties and introduce innovative solutions to the Turkmen market.
Founded in 1999, METIZ has been successfully providing high-tech, innovative solutions for people with permanent or temporary mobility limitations for 25 years. The company develops, manufactures, and distributes its own components and supplies equipment for prosthetic and orthotic workshops.
