Dashoguz velayat grain growers actively preparing for the upcoming harvest
The agricultural producers of Dashoguz velayat have successfully prepared for the upcoming grain harvest. As a result of timely agrotechnical measures, a good crop of winter wheat is ripening in the region’s fields. The foundation of this crop consists of high-yielding and disease- and shatter-resistant wheat varieties that have proven themselves well in the local climatic conditions, such as “Juwan,” “Sahrayy,” “Batko,” “Alekseyevich,” and “Bezostaya-100.”

Transit freight turnover increased in Turkmenistan
Compared to the same period last year, transit freight turnover in Turkmenistan increased by almost 20 percent in January–April 2025. At the same time, the volume of road freight transportation increased by almost 25 percent, while the volume of rail freight transportation increased by 6 percent.

The Success of the Lebap Silkworm Breeders
Silkworm breeders of the Lebap velayat, having delivered more than 1010 tons of cocoons to the granaries of the Motherland, have exceeded their annual contractual obligations.
