In order to significantly improve the activities of the domestic cultural sphere, enrich the national culture, art and literature with new works, enhance the professionalism of creative figures, improve the work of the media, encourage creative figures to create new works and hold, in accordance with the spirit of the Turkmen national holiday, the Week of Culture, traditionally timed to coincide with the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution ordering the holding of the Week of Culture in the Balkan velayat from 22^nd to 27^th of June, 2026.

In order to implement the bilateral agreements reached between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as further develop relations between the two countries, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation from the Turkmen side.
