Following the ancient traditions of good neighborliness and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to render humanitarian assistance to the friendly Turkish people in February 2023 in connection with the natural disaster that occurred in the Republic of Türkiye, which caused numerous human casualties and injuries, as well as large-scale destruction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree ordering the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry and the Ministry of Textile Industry to transfer the appropriate medicines and medical supplies to the Turkish side free of charge, as well as products as humanitarian aid.
